I don’t cook at all, but I watched the video because I realized that I had no idea what the word “julianne” meant! So I learned something new today. I LOVE your nails. And I’m putting this item on my “to buy” list for a good little hostess gift to give to somebody who does cook.

This looks like a nice peeler! I do a lot of julienning for my mom’s food, it’s hard for her to chew. As for myself, I am long time cheese-a-holic, and looks like it would shave the hardest romano brick easily!
I rarely julienne, but the cheese thing? Oh yeah!
