Personally, this is one of my most favorite ways of searching for inspiration.
You could also check out the latest color trends from websites like https://www.pantone.com. They revolutionize the color industry with their Pantone Matching System and proprietary color space.
They set the tone for “color of the year” every year too. The fashion and decor world wait for their color of the year choice with bated breath!
Some popular kitchen paint colors are lavender, indigo, butter up, silver blue, rice grains and one of my personal favorites, sage.
They look great on just about any wall. You can also blend darker with lighter tones too. If you are a conservative person when it comes to home decor, you can opt for monochrome colors.
Take Your Kitchen Cabinets Into Consideration Before Your Paint
You might still love your all wood cabinets as I do. Not everyone likes the idea of painting their kitchen cabinets to match the walls and that’s OK.
You can still have all wood cabinets and update them with some stunning new and chic hardware too.
It’s really important to check the color against the type of lighting in your kitchen you have as well.
For example, some ink colors may blend well with incandescent light while others don’t Be mindful of your lighting before you choose a kitchen paint color.

You always need to check the amount of natural lighting you get in your kitchen before you make your final decision. Remember too that cloudy weather will also change the appearance of your kitchen by adding extra shadows.
If you choose the wrong color paint because you didn’t check the natural lighting, you really might regret it. After all, you don’t want to keep your lights on all day because you choose the wrong paint!
