There are so many recipes around for Home Made Lemonade Recipe From Scratch yes that’s true, but I have one that works perfectly for us and it has a “twist” to it! 

Now, I’m not sure how many recipes use my little secret in their recipe, but if they do, good for them! I promise you will think it’s one of the best Home Made Lemonade Recipe From Scratch Recipes around!

Let’s start with the actual recipe! This is for one gallon of lemonade!

After you juice, be sure to keep the pulp. Here, I separated the seeds easily with a strainer.

Make sure you add this delicious pulp to your mixture!

You can see how much juice I got from a few lemons!
zest
My secret is to add about a teaspoon of lemon zest to the mixture. What an awesome kick you get from it!

I find adding the extra juice really kicks it up notches unknown!

I love using Truvia – The best sweetness comes from nature. Truvia sweetener is natural, great-tasting sweetness born from the leaves of the stevia plant. Why use sugar? If you like your lemonade sweeter you can always add more. We don’t like it too sweet, so I found 10 packets works perfectly for us – again, you may want more.

You can see all the pulp and goodness! Of course, add some extra lemons in the mixture for that additional lemon goodness! 

This will be gone in about two days! lol
