This is undoubtedly the most delicious smoothie you’ll ever have! Easy to make too and so good for you.
Smoothies are all the rage these days and rightfully so. They are good for you, easy to make, and great for any time of the day. I’m a berrylicious girl for sure. I love berries in anything I can whip up.
This smoothie is the perfect excuse for enjoying berries and bananas too! After experimenting with dozens of smoothie recipes, this is the one I’m calling my own.
I think I’ve nailed it this time. It’s everything you need in a smoothie. Fruity, thick, rich, creamy, sweet, and ice-cold!
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 of a ripe banana
- 3 Tablespoons of berry yogurt
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1 packet of Truvia (optional)
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth.
This recipe is for a single serving smoothie. Just double the ingredients for each serving you need.
Check it out and try one yourself. I think you’ll agree with me about it being the best one ever. It’s a healthy way to fill up on something delicious and good for you. The kids will love it too!
Start out with some fresh berries and a ripe banana. You can use any berry flavored yogurt you prefer.
Next, you need to add some milk and ice to the mix. I used crushed ice but if you don’t have crushed you can use cubed. The blender will crush it up anyway it just makes blending easier with crushed. The ice is key to making this smoothie amazing so don’t forget to add some.
Once you got your berries, banana, ice, milk, and yogurt ready to go – the rest is easy peasy.

As you can see, my smoothie is ready to go! It literally took a few seconds to blend. Doesn’t that look amazing? If you like a tad more sweetness – although you really don’t need it – you can add one packet of Truvia to the mix too.
You can add some extra berries and banana too if you like some extra fruit flavor!
It all starts with fresh ingredients too. It’s a great way to satisfy those sweet cravings with a healthy substitute!
