Dieting during the holiday season classifies as cruel and unusual punishment, doesn’t it? If you have the dedication and drive to be on a diet especially during this time of year, you’ll want to learn how to eat healthy snacks too. I’ve been on the Keto diet since May, and I have to say, I’m thrilled with my results – 40 pounds and counting!

Finding healthy snacks has been one of the toughest challenges while on this Keto diet, but thankfully, I’ve discovered a few delicious ways to push away the hunger pains with some healthy snacks that are both good for you and low in carbs too! And don’t worry, it’s not filled with only fruits and nuts!
