- 2 Large Sweet Vidalia Onions
- ¾ Cup of Water
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 Cup of Simply Heinz Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- ¼ Cup of Oil
- Dice Onions
- Add oil to pan and begin to fry - do not brown onions
- Add spices
- Add ketchup
- Add water
- Add butter
- Continue cooking for about 10 mins.
- You can store refrigerated for about 4 days
