In case you don’t know, every pair of Tieks comes packaged in a stunning blue box and topped with a topper. Historically, it was a flower, but in recent years, things have changed, adding a lovely topper for us to enjoy. They also release special seasonal toppers, too, and it’s so much fun.
Packaging is important to me, and I love it when companies pay attention to details and the entire unboxing experience. So far, so good! I enjoyed opening them and thinking of fun ways to use the stunning box topper.

My Experience – First Week
So, after opening my Tieks Ballet Flats, I wore them around the house, which I typically do when I get new shoes.
I ordered Aquarella Tieks and instantly fell in love with them. Inspired by the style of acquerello (Italian for watercolor), Aquarella Tieks are a bright bouquet of color that captures the whimsical romance of wildflowers beneath the summer sun.
Tieks applies layers of vivid paints and a natural water-induced gradient on fine leather that is then coated with a gloss finish and finely cut to create a refracted glisten. A wearable work of art, no two pairs of Aquarella are exactly alike.

🥿 Sizing: Attention half sizes – The leather used in Aquarella Tieks can fit a bit more snugly, so Tieks recommend going up to the next full size. Of course, you can try your Tieks at home, and if they aren’t the perfect fit, they have an amazing exchange policy for pairs in their original condition!
Typically, I wear an 8 ½, so I ordered the size 9, and they fit perfectly! After wearing them for a few hours at home, I navigated to the store to give them a trial run.
Much to my surprise, my feet didn’t hurt, and I felt supported and comfortable in my new shoes. Tieks design molds to the foot and flex with it as you walk. This design also allows the shoes to fold and fit easily into a purse or suitcase, so comfort and style are always within arm’s reach.
