10 Ways To Save Money Shopping At Wayfair & Bedroom Decor Update!

Ever since discovering how awesome it is shopping at Wayfair, I’ve been on a mission to discover ways to save money while shopping there. I’ve gathered up a list of 10 ways to save money shopping at Wayfair and some beautiful Wayfair bedroom decor I bought from them this month too! 

Before I show you the beautiful bedroom decor items I ordered from Wayfair, I want to share with you some great tips to save money shopping at Wayfair. Now, it’s easy to get what you need for your home and so much more shopping there. 

1 – Sign Up For The Wayfair Newsletter

I know we are sick of spammy emails but, this is one time you will want to be sure you give up your email address. When you visit Wayfair.com, you will be prompted to sign up for their email newsletter. It’s the best way to get up to the minute discounts and find out about the latest sales and discount codes too! 

2 – The Wayfair Annual Event Is Where It’s At!

Every devoted Wayfair shopper knows about their annual events where you can save money shopping on everything from furniture, home decor to kitchen good and everything else your backyard and home needs. While it’s tempting to break the bank shopping during this event, it’s also the perfect time of year to save money too! You can even get discounts up to 70% off! 

3 – Sign Up For A Wayfair Business Account

Did you know you can create a Wayfair Business Account where you can purchase good for your home office too? Yep, it’s the best way to receive a business discount and have access to an assigned account specialist who can help you with any questions you have. You will also save $50 off your first order of $150 too! It’s a win-win! 

4 – When You Purchase Goods From Wayfair – Always Write A Review

Leaving a review is always a kind and helpful thing to do for others who are looking to save money shopping, and you can be entered in their the Wayfair drawing to win up to $500! They also often offer a cash bonus on each item you review on their website – be sure you check under the “My Account” tab to see if this offer is available for you first. I always read reviews before purchasing anything and always try and write them too. 

5 – Refer A Friend To Shop At Wayfair

You can earn up to $10 in Rewards Dollars when you refer a friend who places their first order of at least $50. Your friend will also receive $10 off their first purchase as well! Another win-win!

6 – Wayfair Daily Sales Section

Did you know that Wayfair loads new deals on their website every day? Be sure to check under the “Sales Tab” for these limited-time offers. You can also get an email about them as well if you’ve signed up for their newsletter. These sales go fast so one tip I can give you is as soon as you see the sales loaded, head over fast as they don’t last. 

7 – Don’t Forget To Check Out Wayfair Clearance Items Too

Wayfair offers what’s called open-box items and overstocked items too – You can get some amazing deeply discounted goods there. The open-boxed items are as good as new too so don’t overlook them as being damaged.  

8 – Always Shop Online Coupons For Deeper Discounts

It’s always worth doing a search for coupons when it comes to saving money shopping. It might be a tad harder to find some Wayfair coupons on the internet but, they are there. I know because I’ve found some great ones out there on sites RetailMeNot, Groupon and Coupons.com too. Be sure to do a quick search and grab those extra savings before hitting that checkout button. Don’t forget to join a cashback site like ebates and you’ll earn a $10 welcome bonus to purchase goods at stores like Wayfair. 

9 – Apply For A Wayfair Credit Card

If you use your Wayfair credit card you will have access to even more savings! They offer a no interest on orders of more than $500 when they are paid within 12 months too. You can get rewards dollars on every order and points on every order to redeem for rewards dollars as well. Always check to see what deals they are offering when you use your Wayfair credit card. I saved over $50 on my first order using it and took advantage of their other offers too. 

10 – Use Wayfair Credit At Their Sister Stores And Earn Even More Rewards

I was thrilled to find out I can use my Wayfair credit card at Joss & Main, AllModern, Birch Lane, DwellStudio and Wayfair Supply, too! You can also rack up rewards points that can be cashed in at any of these sister stores too. 

Note: Don’t forget to always check the companies policies beforehand as rates, fees, and terms are always changing. 

This past month, I’ve decided to treat myself to some new bedroom decor and start making decisions on things like color palettes and replacing or refinishing some of the furniture too. Of course, I found some things at Wayfair that I fell head over heels in love with. Here are some of the things I got and managed to save money shopping too! 

A new bedspread was first on my list. I had duvet covers for years now and wanted a regular bedspread. I got so tired of duvet covers not fitting properly and twisting up on my bed. 

I went with this beautiful Alcazaba Cotton 4 Piece Reversible Comforter Set from Wayfair. It is a beautifully printed, watercolor plaid design in textured shades of blush, pink and beige, creating a soft, contemporary look that compliments any décor. The oversized and overfilled comforter is completely reversible, with ultra-soft 100% brushed cotton on both sides. 

I’ve been obsessed with plaids this year and fell in love with the watercolor soft muted plaids in pinks and beige. 

This comforter set brings some subtle pops of color to my bedroom, and I love mixing various shades of neutral tones to it too.

I was so impressed at how well they washed too. Not a wrinkle to be found after washing – super impressive! They come in so many beautiful patterns and colors too! 

If you have a deep mattress you are going to really appreciate them. The pockets are nice and deep and fit like a dream on my king-sized bed. 

Add a touch of romance to your day when you wake up to this garden-inspired floral print in a pretty palette of coral pinks and leafy greens with accents of pale sky blue on an ivory ground. Petite bouquets of roses and wildflowers intermingle with meandering vines, evoking the classic charm of an English cottage.

The set included 1 Flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet, and 2 pillowcases. I’m definitely going to order more! 

Next, I ordered these Lockport Printed 300 Thread Count 100% Cotton Sheet Set from Wayfair. This luxurious 300 thread count extra deep pocket sheets are simply beautiful and ever so comfortable too. They are woven of 100% extra long staple cotton for extraordinarily soft, smooth and durable bedding. The sateen weave gives a soft, lustrous and smooth feel to the touch. They come in an array of 12 stunning colors too! I got the pastel pink and white. 

This set includes 1 flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet, and 2 pillowcases. 

I’ve desperately tried to save my old jewelry armoire by refinishing it….twice actually and now, it was time to replace it! This was the first attempt and this was the second! It was old and tired of trying to put on a happy face with paint!
