Mushroom and Onion Scrambled Eggs – off the hook amazing!
Looking for a simple, fast, and delicious way to make scrambled eggs? Sometimes we can forget about delicious it is to make a simple meal. This is one of my favorites. I’m always looking for inventive ways to kick up scrambled eggs. I’m not a huge fan of mushrooms – I guess it all depends on how they are prepared. Well, I thought I would share with you one of my favorite ways to eat mushrooms. It’s easy, packed with flavor, and kicks up your breakfast big time!
I love simple meals. And I love when they can crossover from breakfast to lunch and even dinner. This is one of those dishes. I’ve had this for dinner and it was great. Especially on those days when you don’t feel like eating heavy or making a complex meal.
Throw in a side of bacon and bam! You can substitute the mushrooms for any veggie you like or use egg whites instead of the whole egg. I’ve tried this with broccoli and added some cheddar cheese as well. Try it with a side of french toast too!
