How To Make The Best Blueberry Pecan Loaf Ever! - Sassy Townhouse Living

When I saw this recipe online I knew I had to make it my own. It’s good for you too! You can use whole wheat flour if you like as well. We are such fruit lovers in this house so when I had an abundance of blueberries, and I thought this would be the perfect way to incorporate them into our other favorite food or bread. Oh, and let’s not forget the nuts! It’s also a healthier dessert choice too with all the fruit and nuts blended into this loaf. We love it for breakfast too topped with some butter or jam – all you can do is roll your eyes and say YUM!

I used white flour to make this, but as the recipe states, you can use wheat flour as well. It’s amazing and trust me on that! I hope these steps below make it easier to follow. It’s really quite easy!
