5 Amazon Healthy Foods I Love This Month
As we all know, Amazon is simply the best place to get deals on most everything. I was surprised and pleased to see Amazon Healthy Foods are readily available and at great prices too!

I started the Keto Diet in May of 2018 and I’m happy to report that I lost over 50 pounds so far. That might not seem like a lot for a year’s worth of dieting, but for me, it’s a great achievement. That’s on average about 5 pounds a month which is not bad.
