Most of us have not, and we constantly deal with messy desktops and an unorganized mess. Well, today, I’m going to walk you through the steps you need to take and change all that!

Unfortunately, there aren’t very many software choices currently on the market for managing your desktop, but I’ve found a program that is free and forever changes the way you organize your desktop. Nimi Places is by far one of the best programs on the market today for managing your desktop. Please be sure to read THIS post first before installing for more detailed instructions on how to install as well as an in-depth explanation of what desktop organization software is used for.
In the videos below, I will walk you through installing Nimi Places “containers” – these containers will organize your desktop in the most efficient way. With Nimi Places, you can organize your desktop into customizable containers, displaying files and folders from chosen locations as icons and thumbnails.
