Rachael Ray Is Selling Her Delish 4.9M Southampton Home
Our favorite celebrity cook, Rachael Ray, has teamed up with her producer husband, John Cusimano to sell their Southampton home. Clearly, they are ready for new digs after being longtime owners in the Hamptons. The couple paid $2.1 million for their 3-bed, 5-bath Southampton estate in 2008 which will surely earn them a hefty profit now priced at 4.9M.
The 3,000-square-foot pad is filled with a white and beige color scheme throughout the home and has a very airy and open vibe.
Light and bright, exquisitely designed and meticulously maintained, the single story residence is perfectly sited on over six acres of truly park-like grounds with lovely old trees, beautiful gardens, and broad lawns.
Of course, the kitchen is masterfully designed for both functionality and entertaining.
An ottoman in the kitchen? Of course! Who wouldn’t want to sit there and watch Rachael Ray at work?!
It also features a second kitchen which is a no brainer for our chef, Rachael Ray!
The living room space is open and airy and the view is spectacular.
The adjoining dining room is also filled with the same neutral tones that make this home so airy and inviting.
The views in this luxury Southampton home leave you breathless. Her decor is simple yet elegant. Rachael Ray use of a large wall mirror in this dining room is a wise choice since the room size is limited.
The bedrooms are all in the same neutral theme as well with small pops of color which are perfect for a cozy element, especially in bedrooms. This house was designed with the spectacular views in mind in every room which I’m sure was partly why she purchased it.
Even the guest bedroom has a wonderful view of the surrounding grounds. Filled with neutral tones of beige and soft greens, this room would make any guest feel like they are at a luxury spa.
The sun room which sits right near the pool leaves you in awe of the beautiful elements that make up this home.
The office space is designed eloquently using the same neutral tones yet each room is unique in its beauty and inviting atmosphere.
I’m sure Rachael Ray pondered many of her “delish” recipes in this beautiful sitting room.
This bathroom is pure elegance and luxury. You can see her decorating style is consistently composed of the same chic theme.
The use of wood planking here has brought this entire home together in a neutral wonderland!
The pool and grounds are majestic as well. Anyone who purchased this property is going to be very happy not having to do much decorating or maintenance at all!
Charm and cozy luxury fill the outdoor as well.
The residence offers 3,000+/- sf between the main home with three generous bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, including the luxurious master suite, and the fully appointed pool house with four rooms including an entertaining kitchen and two full bathrooms.
Perfect Hamptons living and entertaining at its best! It’s nestled in the woods with
