My Favorite Gadget Of The Week – Vebo Cooking Basket

A gadget is defined as a small mechanical device or tool, especially an ingenious or novel one. This one surely classifies! Most everyone loves a good gadget that is worth our time and investment – and I love sharing the awesome ones with you!
If it makes my life easier, allows me to get the job done faster, and gives me a gadgety thrill, then it’s worth it. That’s how I felt when I got this latest acquisition. It’s called the Bog Vebo. Cute right? Since I love to cook so much, I knew I’d love it. And, it’s a terrific healthy alternative when cooking my favorite veggies too.
Vebo is a silicone cooking basket and a vegetable steamer that does it all. Wash or boil your vegetables with Vebo, or use it for steaming thanks to its raised floor. When your veggies are cooked simply pull your Vebo out of the pot (don’t worry, Vebo is made of silicone so it doesn’t get hot) and pop it on your sink to strain. Vebo makes healthy eating easy.
I love that it doesn’t get hot! Now, I can quickly drain my vegetables without grabbing oven mitts or getting burned.

I love this one especially. Vebo is exactly the kind of gadget for the kitchen I want. I have something similar that I use in the microwave so I know I would use this for stove cooking.
